摘要：This talk will be a personal journey, from the folklore heard when I was a kid, followed by the story read when I was young, and end up with personal experience on exploring algebraic geometry. It will also be an impressionist painting, by a novice, of this huge mountain algebraic geometry, from the geometric side, gazing at the algebraic peak.
I will mention the names of these giants, Riemann, Hodge, Weil, Grothendieck, Tate, Deligne, Mumford, Bogomolov, and end with the drawing: these K3 surfaces have infinitely many rational curves.
这个报告将是一次个人之旅，从童时听到的传说开始，到青年时读的故事，至代数几何研究者的旅程。它也将是一幅新手作的印象派绘画，从几何方面来描绘这个巨大的代数几何山峦，终笔于代数的山峰。
我会提到这些巨人的名字，Riemann, Hodge, Weil, Grothendieck, Tate, Deligne, Mumford, Bogomolov，最后的画面：这些K3曲面有无限多条有理曲线。
