In the first part of the talk, I shall give a short survey on the classical well poseness result of 3-D incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. Then I should present our most recent results on the wellposedness of the 3-D anisotropic Navier-Stokes equation and viscoelastic fluid systems. Finally I should talk about water wave problem concerning 3-D incompressible Euler equations.
