I will first present some results on the global well-posedness of compressible Navier-Stokes equations for some classes of initial data with large energy, whose proof is based on the Harmonic analysis tools. For the general initial data, the question of whether smooth solution will blow-up in finite time is open even in two dimensional space. I will show that smooth solution will not blow up as long as the density does not concentrate.
