Motivated by the 25-year conjecture LCGD, which interplays between topological graph theory and enumerative combinatorics, we developed some criteria for the log-concavity of sum of convolutions of sequences based on newly introduced concepts. These criteria are proved powerful in confirming the log-concavity of some graph families formed by vertex- and edge-amalgamation, and turned out to be interesting on their own rights.
